Reactivating Duo Mobile App

If you deleted Duo Mobile or have a new phone:

From a computer, while at the SharkPass screen, select Other options then Manage devices.

Select an option to verify your login.

Select I have a new phone for the phone you are replacing or reactivating Duo Mobile on.

Install Duo Mobile and use the app to scan the QR code that appears on your computer screen. Once enrollment is complete Duo Push can be used again.

If your phone number has changed:

From a computer, on the SharkPass screen select Other options then Manage devices.

Select an option to verify your login. If you do not have a second authentication device, contact Technology during weekday business hours to receive a bypass code. Technology will need to verify your identity before issuing the bypass code.

Select Add a device then select Duo Mobile.

Add your phone number and verify it is correct.

Install Duo Mobile and use the app to scan the QR code that appears on your computer screen. Once enrollment is complete the new device can be used to authenticate your login.
