SharkPass works with a number of other devices, such as app-capable phones, tablet computers, and hardware tokens. If you need more information or assistance enrolling one in SharkPass, please contact the Service Desk, at 617-521-2222.
Hardware Tokens
If you do not have a mobile phone or other appropriate device to use with SharkPass, two-step verification hardware tokens which provide one-time use passcodes are available. Please contact the Service Desk, at 617-521-2222.
