Managing Devices

Start by logging back in to any Simmons online web service. If you are already logged in, or selected "Yes, trust browser," you can use a different browser, or an incognito or private browsing window. To make changes to devices you use with SharkPass, click Other Options and Manage devices. You will be prompted for verification with an enrolled device.

In Manage devices, you can rename and add new devices. If you have more than one device enrolled, you can also remove devices. This is important if you lose or replace a device.
