Enrolling a phone as your first device

Click Next.

Select the device you would like to enroll in SharkPass, in this case Duo Mobile.

Enter the phone number of your device and confirm the number is correct.

From the app store on your mobile device, install the Duo Mobile app.

On your computer, click Next.

Open the Duo Mobile app on your device and click Add Account. Allow Duo Mobile access to take pictures and record video. Hold your phone up to the computer screen to scan the displayed code.

Once activated, you’ll be asked if you want to add another authentication method.

Your mobile phone is now enrolled with SharkPass. You can now Log in with Duo.

After enrolling your first device, you should enroll another device to use in case your mobile device is not available.

Once done adding devices, you should logout and test logging into Simmons web-based services with SharkPass. You can completely logout of your sessions by visiting this Logout page and quitting your browser. If you selected "Yes, trust browser," you can use a different browser, or an incognito or private browsing window, to test SharkPass.
