Logging in after enrollment in with SharkPass

After entering your username and password into a Simmons web-based service, you will be prompted for verification with an enrolled device. When logging in for the first time, Duo will automatically select the most secure authentication method available.

Select Other options if that is not the method you want to use. After the first successful authentication, Duo will set that method as your preferred authentication method.

Selecting Yes, trust browser allows that browser to remember you as long as the trusted session cookie is valid. Select No, do not trust browser while working at a public computer.
