Emergency Bypass Codes

Should you lose a device and otherwise be unable to login to your account, please contact the Service Desk, at 617-521-2222. Upon being provided with proper identification, they will issue you a one-time bypass code and assist you with logging into your account and setting up a device to allow further access.
